Bug fixes

- Fixed a rare crash in "A New Day."

- Fixed a rare crash after the arena fight in "Cold Comfort."

- Fixed an issue where the Prism could be removed during puzzle validation in "A Sight for Sore Eyes."

- Fixed the third lamp not lighting during the brain puzzle in "A Sight for Sore Eyes."

- Fixed several instances of missing textures.
