With AMD graphic cards the game might crash on launch if the "Reflection Quality = Ray traced" option was automatically set.

Option 1: Update you AMD Graphic card drivers

Option 2: Set "Reflections Quality" to "High" in the config file:
1. Navigate to the game config directory
%LocalAppData%\TSCGame\Saved\Config\Windows\
2. Open "GameUserSettings.ini" in the text editor
3. Find and change values for the options bellow
sg.ReflectionQuality=2
ReflectionQuality=GIT_High
4. Save the file and launch the game
